By booking a session, attending an event, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Nature of Services

Grateful Sound Healing provides sound healing and vibrational wellness services intended for relaxation, stress reduction, and personal well-being. These services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Sound healing is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have health concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

Client Responsibility

By participating in a session, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being
• You will listen to your body and communicate any discomfort during a session
• You understand that individual experiences and results may vary

If you are pregnant, have a serious medical condition, sound sensitivity, epilepsy, or are under psychiatric care, please inform the practitioner before your session.

Booking & Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• All sessions are by appointment only

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee
• No-shows may be charged the full session fee

Exceptions may be made at the practitioner’s discretion in case of emergency.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect scheduled appointments. The full session fee still applies.

Events & Group Sessions

For group sessions, sound baths, and events:

• All participants attend at their own discretion
• Grateful Sound Healing is not responsible for personal belongings
• Group and event bookings may have separate cancellation policies

Results & Expectations

Sound healing experiences are subjective. While many people experience deep relaxation and positive effects, results are not guaranteed, and no specific outcomes are promised.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in any session or event, you agree that Grateful Sound Healing and its practitioner are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during or after participation, except in cases of gross negligence.

Client understands and acknowledges that sound healing services are intended solely for spiritual wellness, relaxation, meditation, and personal enrichment purposes.

Sound healing services are spiritual wellness and relaxation practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Client and guests voluntarily participate in all experiences offered by Practitioner and assume full personal responsibility for their participation.

Practitioner shall not be held liable for any physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual reactions experienced before, during, or after participation.

Faith-based Practice Disclosure

Practitioner’s services are provided as faith-based wellness and relaxation practices utilizing sound, music, meditation, and personal skill rooted in faith in God. Practitioner does not practice or incorporate channeling, spirit invocation, or similar practices into any services provided.
